I had water damage in my home and needed new floors to be replaced and I contacted Paul Davis to handle the mitigation, pack out and restoration of my home . They sent someone out the day I called to see the damage and to give me estimates. The service that they gave me from the very first phone call to the end has been phenomenal. I had a great experience with Paul Davis Restoration of Baldwin County. The team treated me with the utmost professionalism and respect from start to finish. They were also incredibly kind to my dogs, which meant a lot to me. They treated my home with great care while addressing a mold issue that developed due to HVAC problems. Mackenzie, Alex & Jordy were particularly professional and resolved all my problems in a particular touchy situation. Backup sewage into your home is not an experience for the faint hearted. They knew what they were doing and it went better than I could have ever expected. Kudos to all three of them and if I ever have a similar problem ( God forbid), I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again.
