Staff and Dr Dato were efficiently and personable. Each explained the procedure and each preceding step throughly and gave me ample opportunity to ask whatever questions I had before proceeding. Dr. Dato explained each step of the biopsy even drawing out on a board so I could visually follow his explanation. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and explains things concisely so you know what exists for your available treatment options He then has a grounded discussion of what is likely the best for your treatment plan while being completely open and listening to your concerns and needs.
