Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Was this urologist's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did this urologist use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this urologist give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Was this urologist friendly? Yes Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them.
