Was the waiting area spacious? No, it was rather cramped Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Was this provider's office too loud? Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud Are you going to visit this provider again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? They were explained, but not thoroughly

Yes, I had to reorganize my schedule Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. That helps when you are feeling very poorly.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional
