Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it. Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously

We have been seeing Dr. Rothwell for a couple of year now and I can honestly say that he seldom treats me as a whole person. Basic health care is seldom addressed, he rather concentrates on the hormone replacement. I have to ask for cholesterol checks, sugar tests etc...Getting and keeping an appointment without them calling to reschedule is irritating, especially when you are sick. They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I was very satisfied with Dr. Rothwell himself but his nurses do not seem to have the same concern for his patients. As a matter of fact they are quite rude and seem to be put out when asked to help. I needed questions answer concerning a prescription that was not covered and talked to two different nurses about it. They acted frustrated with me for even asking, but... read more
