Never got a appt. Reception was horrible. She said she was congested but she did not want to deal with me.
Dr Paul is such a knowledgeable experienced physician! He was very laid back and easy to communicate with! Great at giving injections as well as I usually pass out from needles but he did a great quick job taking a mole biopsy! So glad to have him as my doctor .
Dr Reicherter is a very caring doctor that is thorough in his diagnosing and treatment. He is very personable and has great bed side manner. He is one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever met and loves to share that knowledge with anyone who will listen so they can better their health. His patients are his number one priority and I would recommend him to anyone. T.A.
Dr Reicherter treated my grandmothers skin cancer. He spent the time to really make sure she understood everything and has such wonderful bed side manner during her procedure. I would recommend Dr Reicherter as a dermatologist over and over because he truly cares about his patients.
Absolutely loved meeting him!! If he/staff can sense you're uptight, they do their absolute best to make you feel at ease. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!! Having had extensive knowledge and appreciation for the medical field, made my condition even easier to understand.
Dr. Catherine Barry and Chrissy Jones, her MA, removed a cyst from my shoulder and I suffered no discomfort at all. They worked together like a Swiss jeweled watch! Using a score of 1-5, I score each of them 5! I really appreciated Dr. Barry’s explanation of her procedure as she worked. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful.
DR Reicherter has expanded his business and hired less than high quality physicians and PA.s. They lack good patient communication traits and sometimes poor medical practice skills. While he rates an excellent, his associates rate a mediocre rating. They do not follow up and we had to constantly call for results. My wife has one site on her leg that has never healed. He is only there one week in 6 weeks. I have zero follow up for cancer in my eye socket.
I saw Heather Browning after I was referred by a fellow dermatology PA. Heather is nice and thorough enough but the office staff is so terrible I will never go back. HORRIBLE front office staff. From calling to schedule an apt, to being left on hold for 20+ minutes at a time, to ignored when I walked in for my appointment, to the billing discrepancy (it was a cosmetic consult and they billed my insurance....I pay $50 out of pocket to be applied to future services which they had no record of).
