Dr. Fragner himself was fine the couple times I saw him. I saw his PA, who didn’t consult him, because she told me a plan of care that he changed. The office staff is horrible, and gave me grief for wanting to schedule at his other offices, like it was a pain that I wanted appointments that fit with my work schedule. After more than 6 weeks in a cast, they canceled my appointment for removal and refused to let anyone but his PA remove my cast. I would not recommend anyone to this office.
Paul Fragner was amazing to work with. I saw him throughout 2012—probably way more than he wanted to see me for my scaphoid/hand issues. Regardless, he was beyond progressional, poised, calm, charismatic and intelligent. We initially took the route of trying to let my scaphoid heal on its own, but it did not. We then took the route of surgery, which Paul did not pressure on me at all, but he said we should entertain it, and we did. He was super transparent that it may not full heal, but it has.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr Fragner and his staff. My son fractured his wrist playing hockey. It was along the growth plate and quite serious. Dr Fragner was recommended to me by a friend. I'm extremely grateful to his P.A. Meghan, and her assistant Joyce, they were unbelievable!!
Dr. Fragner is nothing less than thorough and professional. Our family has been through the gambit with hand injuries and Dr. F has gotten us they it all. Great bedside manner. Would highly recommend
I had a carpel tunnel release procedure on my right hand and I am now going back to do the left. I have recommended him to anyone who asks. He is empathetic, professional and I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my first surgery
My daughter is a gymnast and over the last few years she has fractured each of her wrists several times. Dr. Fragner and his team were always very warm and caring and put my daughter at ease each time. He was very thorough and I greatly appreciated the time he spent with us and level of detail as he explained the nature of her fractures in a manner that made complete sense to both her and me. I would highly recommend Dr. Fragner to anyone in need of orthopedic care. for their hands or wrists.

Dr. Fragner surgically repaired a tendon in my finger that I lacerated opening a can. I now have full movement of my finger with a scar that is barely visible. He was very professional and caring to all my needs and questions. A true physician who puts his patients first.
Dr. Fragner and his staff were very kind and caring . My 10 year old broke her wrist and Dr. Fragner put this mom at ease with all my concerns .I would highly recommend Dr. Fragner and his staff.
