Communication at this place is absolutely terrible. Came here because of the good reviews, and got treated like shit because I’m a Medicaid patient. Left with a ruined crown in tears. Crown didn’t fit right at all when it came in, so they continued to grind it down until the metal base was showing. Threw it on my tooth and told me it has to be like that , and they they can just remove the tooth. Now I’m stuck with this rotten looking crown and a problem even bigger than I came with.
Dr. Paul truly devotes himself to his practice and patients - and does excellent dental work with the best cost effective way to approach it.
As a new patient I showed up to my first appointment with a real problem tooth. Dr. Creason and his staff were very knowledgeable and skilled, fixed me right up! I'm very pleased with their work.
