Professional, Educated Staff – I am a regular at paul Conzo, color and cuts with Nicole, great experience, definitely knows what she is doing, pleasant and professional. I see Erin for my facials and couldn’t ask for a more personalized service. From the minute you walk in the door, the welcoming receptionist lets you know that you are the number one priority.
Relaxing experience – Came in for a spring tune up, massage and pedicure. Service was great, bought a gift certificate for my mom. This place is like one big happy family, I will definately be back.
I would definitely go back! – I recently took my mother there for a moisturizing manicure and loved it! The woman who worked on my hands was extremely pleasant and friendly. She really took an interest in both what I and my mother had to say during our treatments. The woman that my mother had on the other hand was not as friendly. She did complain a bit and when my mother asked her how long she had been in the United States for and if she liked it here, she replied with a whiny "no." Not very relaxing – I recently went to Paul Conzo for a manicure. Donna was great. However, the mancurist in the chair next to her complained the whole time (her nails were dirty, someone stole her chair, her pedicure bath wasn't working). Not a very relaxing way to spend part of my day off.
