Great Hair! I just recently moved to the Worcester area and was terrified to find a new stylist. When I first went in, i went in with a picture of how my hair used to look before i had a few bad color jobs. Ali was my hairdresser and I couldn't have been happier!! She got my hair back to looking like it used to! She gave me the best dye job and cut i could have asked for and she took the time to explain how i could style at home!! I was so thrilled with her that I have been telling everyone about her!
Hairstylist I needed to get my hair fixed. It was a mess and need a new look! I called Paul Conzo and got Tiffany as my hairstylist. She was awesome! Best color and cut I ever received. If your looking for a new and young look, I would defenitly tell you to see Tiffany!!
paul Conzo Day Spa Nice relaxing place to go for a spa day, my sister's and sister-in-law went for the day and we were treated like queens. the massage and facial were the best I have ever had. You can go for 1 spa treatment or make a day of it.
Great Place for a relaxing afternoon. I was very impressed by the staff at Paul Conzos. I was redeeming a gift certificate that was outdated and that had absolutly no problems,great cunstomer service. A nice place to pamper yourself.
Paul Conzo Salon is HORRIBLE Very unhappy. Was given a $300 gift for xmas-went twice and was very unhappy w/ sub parr service. Won't go back and when I tried to use the remaining balance on my gift card to purchase smaller gift cards for gifts for teachers, coaches etc. they wouldn't let me! UGHHH!!!!!
WORST massage ever Worst massage I ever had! Poor customer service when I mentioned how horrible the therapist was, I can't believe I wasted a gift card on such a bad massage. I will never go back and I will be telling everyone I know what a bad experience this place was.Too pricey for the service they provide, go somewhere else for quality.
I have been going to Paul Conzo's for 10+ years for all body waxing and massages. I started with Donna doing my waxing and when she retired I started my waxings with Dawn! She is not only professional but the sweetest woman. I have had couples messages with my husband here as well as prenatal and postnatal messages which have just been simply amazing and relaxing. I scheduled an appointment for a color and was denied service because I wanted highlights and they “didn’t have time for that”. NEVER have I ever encountered such a thing before! So rude! Normally the stylist asks what you would like done and you go from there.
