Jimmy Galgano is an absolute professional who conducts himself with honesty and integrity. My Ford F-150 was in the shop, with a questionable diagnosis. Exceptional customer service. Jim went above and beyond for my used car purchase. Had it serviced and cleaned prior to pickup. Accommodated every request, constant updates to keep you in the loop, and very forthcoming about the price and paperwork. I especially appreciate how he wasn't pushy about the warranty.
