Great experience at this dealership. Salesperson Jimmy and finance manager Omar are friendly, upfront, and never pushy. They took the time to answer my questions and made the process smooth and stress-free. Happy with my CPO Cadillac and would definitely recommend Paul Conte Cadillac to others.
Extremely dissatisfied with this Dealer. I brought my vehicle in for a recall, and the adviser recommended replacing the front shocks. However, after the replacement, a new problem arose: the air suspension leaks when parked on 3-4 hours , causing the front of the truck to touch the tires after 3-4 hours. Despite five visits over 1 month and 20 days, the issue remains unresolved. It's clear that the new shocks are the source of the problem, and the dealer's inability to fix it is unacceptable. Just picked up my 2026 Cadillac CT5V this is my third caddy all three from different dealers and I have to say that this was the best most easiest purchase from the time I picked the vehicle to driving it off the lot everyone was polite very professional. I used to love coming here for service. I recently purchased a Cadillac ELR, and oil changes used to be around $85. Lexus and Chevy (the ELR is mechanically a Chevy volt, so the parts are the same.) both quoted 85-87 dollars and threw in a tire rotation and military discount. However, I’ve always gone to Paul Conte. However, last time I was there they charged me $141.20, which is a blatant ripoff. I’m disappointed. Picked up my 2025 Escalade V from Paul Conte Cadillac and had an amazing experience. Keith was great to work with. He was super helpful and made the whole process easy.
