I was not informed that my appointment got canceled, even after confirming it via text. Very unprofessional
Dr Chopra was one of the best doctors I’ve seen. He fixed my eyesight and I went to him for routine checkups, his staff was also great.
I had a scheduled appointment for 12:40 PM. I get there and they are closed for lunch until 1 PM. I come back at 1 PM and the receptionist tells me that I have an unconfirmed appointment and I’ll have to reschedule. They never called or anything! Apparently, appointments mean nothing to this establishment. I will not be returning.
