Tony Lee, rude unprofessional non compassionate. got there at 10:45 with a 11:00 appointment didn't leave until 2:30 for a oil change and emission. If it wasn't for me having the maintenance package I wouldn't go back. Tony told me I could have my keys back and leave with no service rendered. Did not apologize for the wait time. I took too people to that dealership and they purchased cars. However I wild NOT BE RECOMMENDED ANY ONE ELSE TO YHIS DEALERSHIP. now I know why they are having a massive layoff!
My 2016 Ford Focus, while I wouldn't call it a lemon, is a huge disappointment. It is a car that has had too much work needed within or immediately outside the warranty period.
