I purchased my car roughly 5 months ago. My experience for the most part was ok. I had a new sales person Dominic who wasn't very knowledgeable at no fault of his own (he is no longer with the dealership). I asked him questions that he wasn't equipped to answer such as including my sales tax into my payment so he had to get his sales manager Brett who handled most of the negotiating. I have bought many cars, and I am here to say confidently that I will never purchase another vehicle from the Paul Cerame auto group, and I will use all of my available power to keep people from buying there also. I brought a brand new 2011 Kia three and a half weeks ago. It's been in the shop there for three of those weeks. Ever since I drove the car off the lot, it had a steering problem. I purchased a new Ford Escape from Paul Cerame Ford yesterday and I can say that it was the best experience I have had in purchasing a car. The internet response was fast with a quote on the vehicle I wanted. The experience was no pressure and was more of a "we are here if you need us" approach by their sales staff.
