Dr. Paul helped me in 1982, in Oklahoma. I dove into 3' of water; sufferred a C7 compression fracture. He put me in G-tongs with 15# traction then into a halo after 9 days. I followed up with him every week for 3 months while in a halo. Then frequently after removal of halo. Dr Paul was an excellent neurosurgeon for me. I will be eternally grateful to him I would love to chat with Dr. Williams but i'm unable to reach him - anyone talking with him please ask him to comment on this post.
