Daughter checked in for an appointment and sat in the waiting room for over an hour only to find out she was not checked in. She went up 2 different times to see about her appointment and was told she's next only to find out that she wasn't even checked in! Refused to give a doctors note for school because she wasn't seen and was marked as a no show even though she was sitting in the waiting room.
Excellent nurses and doctors, treated me well and with respect.
