My experience, as usual, was horrible. I was 40 minutes early for my 11:00 a.m..appointment on Monday, August 18, 2025. with Dr. Paul C. Johnson, Ear, Nose & Throat doctor. The hearing test examiner took me right in and gave me a hearing test, which took all of 15 minutes. Then I went out to the waiting room, and there was only one other lady there. Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff both at the front desk and the nurses in the back. Dr. JOHNSON was patient, answered all my questions, showed empathy for what I was experiencing and got me on track for recovery. The communication via the patient portal is extraordinary.
