Term crossfit can be intimidating but for someone who was never into classes, the trainers and members instantly make you feel like family. If you want an excellent work out, this is the place.

So glad I found this place. ALL of the coaches are awesome! I haven’t met a more friendly group of people, both coaches and members.
Paul Bunyan is a wonderful gym where you feel welcomed and a part of the family right away. Everyone is very friendly and more than happy to help you with anything whether you're an experienced cross-fitter or just starting out. The workouts are always great and you leave feeling uplifted and energized every time!
We were lucky enough while in the area to do drop in visits for two workouts. The coaching was superb. The programming was very much like our affiliate in Alaska and the members very welcoming. We would never hesitate, if in this area, to return to this box. At 63 years young we instantly felt like part of the group. Much appreciated Jim & Joyce Wojciehowski
