Scott Paul (one of the Paul brothers) is the most competent and honest HVAC specialist I have ever dealt with. Case in point, as the weather drastically dropped from 60s to 30s, my HVAC system didn't work as I tried to turn on the heater to warm up the house, the pilot light was out but I couldn't get it restarted. One call to the Paul Brothers and within 2 hours, Scott was there and quickly identified the blown fuse in the control board of the furnace and fixed the furnace by replacing the blown fuse within 5 MINUTES. The Paul brothers have done more than one job for us. They are honest, timely, respectful, great communicators, do a great job and are usually our lowest bid. They are now my “go to” for any hvac needs. I am glad I found a company I trust!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had an issue with my furnace and was promised someone would come out and fix the issue. There is no accountability and lack of follow up leaves much to be desired. Take your business elsewhere.
