As a local pharmacist and daughter of a patient, I think it should be known that Dr Baubly is great but his staff is unprofessional, entitled, rude, and overall terrible! They act as if they are in charge, as if everyone is less than them and will not even allow you to speak with the Dr directly when patients ask for a call back. All of my patients have the same thing to say about him being a wonderful provider but his staff being horrible!!!
I’ve been seeing Dr Paul for over 25 years and have been treated extremely well. genuine, caring and very professional. A truly outstanding physician!

No, I would not recommend him. My elderly parents were being bullied into signing up for Connected Care. When my parents refused they were screamed at and verbally abused by the office staff and the doctor ignored the situation! I’ve never in my life heard such verbal abuse from adult to elderly people!
Excellent . I would recommend Dr. Baubly to all my family and friends. The staff is very kind and courteous and just a joy to talk with. They are the best!
Our family of 6 has been under the care of Dr. Baubly for the past 14 years. From immunizations, to influenza, to my husband’s recovery from a major heart attack, Dr. Baubly has been there for us. Now that his daughter, Dr. Kate Baubly has joined him in his practice, they continue to deliver top notch medical care. It is very unique to have a family practice committed to bringing a high level of personalized medicine. We feel fortunate to always know they are a phone call away.
He listens, takes his time, is a very caring person
While Dr Baubly is a fine doctor his staff is horrible! His staff is intractable!! My husband had a urinary infection and we asked if he could come in for a sample and make the appointment afterward.(Makes sense to get the sample then the appointment) But they refused to allow this to happen and wanted him to cancel his entire schedule to first see the Doctor, then have the test and then come back to see the Doctor!! No respect for HIS time.

We are very sorry for the misunderstanding. In general we strongly prefer lab testing in conjunction with a visit with Dr. Baubly. We were not recommending two appointments; the appointment with Dr. Baubly would include testing for UTI, which we do in office. Patients are treated based on preliminary urine results and medications are occasionally changed based on subsequent culture results (no additional appointment). Dr Baubly and staff are not only extremely efficient, they are extremely caring people. It's all about educating the patient!
