I was referred to Dr. Roache at ShoulderMD last spring, related to a rotator cuff injury, and he later surgically repaired my rotator cuff. He and his team are thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and up to date on Workers Compensation regulations. In fact, my Workers Compensation adjuster noted more than once that the ShoulderMD office was very proactive and responsive. First off, dr roach is great, knows his stuff, explains things well. However, he was 45 minutes late for my appointment. Also, the patient care coordinator seemed incompetent: didn't know prices, her desk was chaotic, she wasn't able to print out a receipt, and I had to call her several times to get her to send me one. Also, the office had unpleasant overhead fluorescent lights,'- it's been well established they are bad for your health and reduce employee productivity.
