Great customer service. I had no idea what I needed. I ran in for a filter for our riding lawnmower to help out the husband. They had exactly what I needed. Great people and wonderful local business.
Bought a couple belt for my mower, belts were a few dollars more than other places but was more convenient at the time to come here, bought them, walked out and there was a $7.00 “platform fee” for using a card to pay, never saw that before, and won’t see it again, definitely not at Paul B Moyer & sons. Bring cash if you want to come here!
It is nice to deal with a company that has the parts you need and gets them to you very rapidly at a fair price, well packaged . Thank you ! Paul B Moyer and son’s .
Parts came in a destroyed box. Inside what a plastic bag and nothing was in it. It came missing screws and bolts. Not sure on the quality of the product but they need to do better preparing their shipments.
WORST SERVICE EVER! Paul Moyer in Jamison picked up my Ariens snowblower for service on February 19. I was supposed to get a call a few days later with the estimated cost of the repair, but the call never came. I started calling, and the answer was always the same - we will call you in a few days. Weeks went by and I continued to call unsuccessfully. By the end of April, I started going to Moyer in person with no resolution.
