Yes Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Was this provider friendly? Extremely Friendly

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Many! I got to pick my favorites from a huge selection Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! Not that I have seen Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes

Dr. Gilleys's office is very neat and clean. They had plenty of magazines for me to look through and a play area for children, (however, my wait time was like 3 minutes). Dr. Gilley and his staff are always very kind and caring. Both he and his staff take the time to tell you what is involved and what to expect during the procedure. He is the best when it comes to numbing you! My procedure flew by because I had someone checking and talking to me the entire time. The office was very easy to locate. Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine
