Paul has been my doctor for a long time, and I will continue to use him as long as he employed by your clinic.
I filed a complaint via the phone with Baylor Scott and White because when trying to get the oxygen provider switched for my Dad, Dr. Berg actually said to me that he should be home with his family instead of working late to help me with this issue. We were speaking around 5:20pm. I also called his nurse and told them that I filed a complaint and asked that they should pull the call to hear it themselves, because they recorded calls. My parents had seen him for more than 20 years at that time. Sad how little he cared.
I wish I could leave a review of the doctor, but I never saw him. I made an appointment for a meet & greet to get to know Dr. Berg before our baby arrives in August. I arrived for my 4:30pm appointment a little early and was promptly checked-in and then called back by the nurse. She had a few questions and then I waited in the room for over 30 minutes. I've been a patient of Dr. Berg's now for coming up on ten years. My husband and I have followed him to three clinics because we like him so much. He's been with Scott & White for several years, which is great, because their systems and specialists are terrific. What we love about Dr. Berg is that he is conservative as far as prescribing medicine or treatment. Sometimes, it just makes sense to live with what's happening. He advises of the options but doesn't push patients to do more than needed.
Dr. Berg has been my doctor for many years and he is the absolute best physician. Paul is very efficient and has taken care of medical prescriptions in a timely manner. I highly recommend Dr. Berg.
