The capacitor went out on our outside unit. Austin had us back up and running in no time. Great service and friendly interaction with the customers. Definitely recommend!
Shawn at Paugh's Heating and Cooling was very professional in taking care of the issue we had with our a/c unit. He was prompt and arrived when he said he would, which was appreciated. He handled the job quickly and was knowledgeable about our unit that he worked on. He charged a very reasonable price for the worked he completed. We will be using his services again in the future when it is required.

Paugh's heat and cooling did a fantastic job for my family on multiple occasions. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service. They are always prompt, curious, and professional. Shawn has performed service for my elderly parent many times as well and was always quick to get them up and running again.
