Dr Pat & Victoria are the best. I have been seeing both for years. Very good.
Dr Pat listens and gives superb advice. She's not only a great physician she is a compassionate person. She's up-to-date on medicine. Her staff are also great.
No follow through with what is stated during appointments. Dr. Pat and her medical assistant Victoria fail to do what is necessary on their end more times than not. Patient pays the price every time. Skip this provider when choosing a Primary Care Physican and don't let the 'Internal Medicine' specialist title fool you.
Dr Pat is so pleasant, warm, and welcoming. I came from Kaiser insurance to a new private PPO plan and I have to say I’ve never felt so comfortable at a doctor’s appointment. My mom referred me to her and I am not disappointed. I can tell Dr Pat loves what she does and truly cares for her patients. She let me know what areas I need to work on for myself. I've been seeing Dr. Patz for years. I can't imagine seeing anyone else.
I must say dr. Helen patz is the best doc. She will treat you like you are her only pt and pay full attention and follow up back for your concerns and health issues. You won’t find doc like her anywhere who gives 100% to her patients. Just love her. Thank you so much Dr.Patz for your help. She even called me after her work hours to find out how the medication is working which I don’t think any other doc do here. Love her MA Victoria who always calls back on the same day to follow up. Highly recommend Dr Patz.
