We have given Paxti’s so many chances and while the food is great, the service is horrible!!! To be seated happens quickly, but to get our order in well that is another story. Our bad experiences have ranged from being acknowledged at our table for at least 15 mins to our child (9 years old) being served alcohol in a child’s cup! Had high hopes but left disappointed. Pizza came out barely warm and our server never came back to check on us. The guy who we think was the manager walked by our table several times but also didn’t say anything.
So far this is my favorite pizza place, the deep dish is delicious and the crust... oh lawd.
Worst delivery service possible. Lied to multiple times on multiple orders about where our order was. 2 times in a row over 40 min late. Never again.
Generally, Patxi makes amazing pizza. To be fair, the pizza is still very good but the service, makes Papa John's heavenly ;-) Last night I ordered a pizza, half and half. When I got home the pizza had pepperoni and sausage when it was supposed to be cheese!!! I understand it is ok to make mistakes. But the lady was extremely RUDE when I called, insisting it was a web order. I even gave her the name of the person who took the order! Oh and the person before that plain hung up! My friend and I went to the Campbell location. It was my first time and I loved the deep dish pizza,very hearty and flavorful! You have to try the artichoke dip it is amazing.I also ordered the pomegranate lemonade which was delicious. We will definitely be back soon!
