Most friendly and enthusiastic customer service I've ever experienced. These folks have all the expertise you're looking for and are willing to share it whether or not it earns them a dime. Every employee is genuinely happy to see you walk through the door. The store itself is an immaculate showroom. If you're at all interested in cycling of any kind and live in Southern Maryland, you need to drop by. They do admittedly need a better sign out front though because for the longest time I didn't even notice it.
Threw my chain at the end of my mountain bike ride at Rosaryville today and ended up trashing my chain. Got to the PAC at closing time but they looked at my bike and replaced my chain for me so I'm up and running the rest of the weekend. Great service! Much appreciated!
By far the best bike shop in the area. Everybody's really friendly and goes out of the way to get you a great bike. 6 month interest deferred financing is a no- brainer and seals the deal

The folks @ PAC are top notch. I was experiencing problems with chain drops and rough shifting on my road bike. The problem was quickly diagnosed and corrected with a new chain and a tune-up. A problem with my front brake (which I didn't even recognize as a problem) was also corrected @ minimal cost. I'm sure the rest of the crew at PAC are all outstanding also but I got to say working with Wes when replacing my bike's drive train, it was easy to see he is a true expert in the knowledge and mechanics of bikes. So that being said, if your bike needs just a tune or an upgrade to better suet your riding needs I wouldn't hesitate to get it down to PAC. Ride on Cyclists. 8-)
I am a 52 year slow poke. Today I rode a Venge and an S Works. Hopefully for my 55th I can do an S Works as the other was really fast with quick handles. This is the BEST bike shop and crew anywhere. We are lucky to have them in So Md!!!!!
