Brought my bike in today for some work and it turned out to be pretty simple stuff. They didn't lie or try to sell me more than i needed. Just fixed it up and i was back on my bike in the afternoon. The staff was super friendly and professional. Definitely will be back.

Customer for life! Cannot express the gratitude to PAC for helping me out yesterday with a flat. Got a rear tire flat riding on Rte 4. I was walking my bike back when I was noticed by the staff at PAC. They offered to help me out and this was after normal store hours. Got me back on the road and made my commute back to my truck from work a lot shorter! PAC's customer service is far beyond anyone else in the area. Thank you so much!
Dave and his knowledgeable staff practice what they preach. There is no substitute for learning about the products from people who use them everyday!
