received an arrangement for my birthday. I was so disappointed I could not believe that this florist would send something that looked like a child made it.. a sunflower with eyes and lips(red ribbon glued on) dripped on the flower ..just really tacky...sorry but very disappointed..
I wish I could give ZERO stars. It is everyone's worst nightmare. You are out of state and you need to send flowers on behalf of your family because you can't be there. Throughout the order process, I felt comfortable ordering from a "local" florist and the website was plastered with the faces of happy people and a "100 PERCENT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE" that is absolutely a joke.
