This place rocks I love the food and the atmosphere is like I was lost in the 50's the people are on the ball even when they are bizy .... highly recommended!!

I've been searching for a small place like this to get my burger fix on - the root beer float was a huge bonus. Great menu, great food, great ambiance...
Just had the Mushroom burger and a pineapple shake at the 23rd and Pacific Ave location. The service was great and the food was just as good!! Recommend!
When ever I am in the south Tacoma area and I am with someone especially one who has never been there before I will stop every time, it's like being a tour guide for an hour, and they are very impressed every time, awesome food, happy employees, are the makings for a comfortable atmosphere.

I'm from Yakima I go to Patty's burger whenever I go to Tacoma to visit
I normally would give you guys 5 stars but when I walk into the downtown Tacoma location today at 2 o'clock which is pretty much like lunch time still the lady says we're cleaning our shake machine but it would only be a few minutes and the other lady says no it would probably be a lot longer than that sorry. Really! Gtfoh!!
Saw table beside Us order the "CakeBurger"... Ridiculous Monster i'm use to seeing, on the FoodNetworks only... Their LargeRootBeerFloat was AwesomePerfect... Great BurgerOmelet-Selections... Ever near SouthTacomaWay, i totally recommend this Cozy-Ol'SkoolBurgerJoint...
