My tattoo artist was Josh. He didn't look very happy to be there or have a welcoming attitude. He also did not let me choose the colors/shades of my tattoo. By the time I had noticed it was too late to say anything. The bottom of my pants have ink all over the bottoms of them. At no point did he tell me my pant leg was in the way or to pull it up.
