This was my first time moving out (and moving to a new city), and Patty made the entire process not only easy, but genuinely enjoyable and so much fun! Patty was/IS amazing. She helped me find the perfect condo unit in downtown Toronto. We were dealing with landlord who lived out of country which made the transaction difficult as far as timing limitations and waiting for responses. Patty is a trooper though, keeping track and consoling me when things seemed to stall.
