Took over well 3 hours to do my daughter hair on her birthday and she was the ONLY customer. Spent 30 mins on wash, 1 hour on detangling and putting my daughter hair in rollers and she said it hurt her scalp. Spent another 60 minutes under the chair-dryer and 30 mins with an EXTREMELY HOT/high-heat blow-dryer putting a lot of heat/stress on my daughter hair.
