Disappointing – This is the only "meat market" I have ever been to that is happy to sell what's in the case but will not cut meat to order. The 1st time I asked for about about a 3 to 4 lb. bone-in pork loin & was rudely told by the meat cutter that they come in 15-20 lb bags & he asked, "Do you want something that big"? I brought this to the owner's attn. & he assured me that they do cut meat when requested by customers so I gave them another chance. real mccoy – There is not a better meat market then patton's south of new york. I kid you not, just go in and check out the meat. Always the freshest, well trimmed, well stocked, truly professional store. That have also been recognized by the georgia dept of agriculture for cleanliness. (I read the letters myself on there walls). I have walked into many meat markets and that all are a complete joke except these guys.
