Terrible business practices in the service department. First I made and appointment online for an oil change. When I get there they tell me they don't take appointments for oil changes and that I will likely wait three hours. Then they tell me that the service I wanted that was quoted as $191 dollars on the wbsite was actually going to be over $340. When talking to them about the discrepancy the service manager came rude and combative. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED AT PATTERSON VOLKSWAGEN!!!
Possibly the worst place for customer service and understanding of complaints. If you call with an issue you get told what do you want me to do about it? And well if you dont like it you can take your car somewhere else.My wife waited 3 hours for a service, was laughed at by staff when she (with my 3 year old daughter) complained that the car had not moved from the service bay, not been touched, and nobody had even spoken to her to mention a delay. Don't buy from them!!! They lie to just get you in a vehicle. I was told that we got 25 over our pay off on our car, when actually they only paid 2,500 of it. It was conveniently hidden (because we never seen the paperwork) until after I got home and was going through all the paperwork. Its convenient that it was one we didn't have to sign. So basically my down payment that I just had to have, covered what I owed on my trade in. So nothing went towards my purchase! Everytime that I have gone there for an oil change it has been at least an hour and a half wait. The longest I've had to wait, and this is for an oil change, was 4 hours. I just got my oil changed there again. Mind you, I have to go to them per the warranty my car is under with them. Well it took them 2 hours to change my oil this time. And to make things worse, they did not reset the computer in the car; so it still says I need an oil change. I had problems from day one, they said I was double insurance covered and I w a s double covered and I wasnt.Keith ******* was rude and disrespectful. If he was talking to my hus he was nice. Me he was very rude and disrespectful. After 5 months going back and forth,I bought 2021 Kia soul a d they can burn the one he sold me Christine *****
