I talked to them over the phone even did most of the process over the phone. Super nice and understanding. Didn’t take no time within the hour I was driving away in a new to me truck. They even stayed open after hours and waited for me to get there( an hour drive for me).would recommend and I would buy there again
Let me tell you, I havent personally bought a car in 7yrs didn't have alot on my credit got denied at 4 places. Went into Pattersons, Matt was my salesman him and his colleagues helped me so much not just with getting a car but knowledge on working on my credit and where I need to start couldn't be more pleased with their help
I normally don’t do reviews but this is well deserved!! Matt!!!!! He is the man!! I had my eye on a car on a Wednesday and he had it in my yard by Saturday morning! This man was patient with me! He worked his magic and got me exactly what I wanted! 10/10 I highly recommend!! Y’all go shop with the BEST!!!!
