I have been wanting to contact my realtor , Cathy Verne for a longtime. Believe it or not , we settled on our home in Middletown in November of 2006. Yes, 19 years ago and I am not only still in love with my home but the entire area. My husband and I moved from NJ and knew nothing about DE. Cathy was the one who directed us on where we did and did not want to live. I still think of Cathy often and will always be grateful to her. Not ready to sell yet but when we are I KNOW who will be handling my home.
Property management side: They have known about an active roof leak over my bedroom for at least a year now and still have not fixed the roof. “Oh yeah, we’re gonna fix it.” “Oh yeah, we had the roofer come out and it’s good to go!” Still not fixed. They’ve done everything but fix the roof. This has been going on continuously for at least a year now.
