Patterson Roofing LLC should be avoided at all costs. The workers were disrespectful, blasting loud music, swearing loudly in front of our kids, and smoking near our windows. They left trash everywhere and even damaged our driveway with their truck. The finished roof has visible waves and gaps, and the customer service was beyond rude when we called to complain. We regret hiring them more than anything.
Horrible service from start to finish. Patterson Roofing LLC took our deposit, then ignored us for weeks. When the work finally began, they worked half-days and disappeared frequently. The crew was loud, rude, and careless — damaging our siding and breaking two outdoor lights. The finished roof looks terrible, and the cleanup was non-existent. Calls and emails to management went unanswered. Worst contractor experience we’ve ever had.
Regret hiring Patterson Roofing LLC every single day. The project was delayed again and again with excuse after excuse. When the roof was finally “finished,” it leaked in multiple spots and the attic now has mold. The company refused to stand by their warranty, saying the leaks were due to “unforeseen weather.” Complete nonsense — it was their shoddy work. We had to pay another company to fix their mess. Stay away!
Patterson Roofing LLC turned a simple roof replacement into a nightmare. The crew showed no respect for our home, trampling our garden and leaving muddy footprints on our porch. The workmanship is shockingly bad: loose shingles, sloppy caulking, and mismatched ridge caps. When we raised concerns, they got defensive and rude. Months later, we’re still dealing with leaks they refuse to fix. Total scam artists.
Avoid Patterson Roofing LLC at all costs! They quoted us one price, but after the job started, they suddenly claimed there were “unexpected issues” and demanded thousands more. The workers damaged our gutters and left nails, shingles, and trash scattered all over our lawn and driveway. Even worse, the new roof looks terrible — uneven lines, visible gaps, and several shingles that don’t even match in color. Worst contractor we’ve ever hired.
