From our first phone call for an estimate to the completed project, William was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. He completed the repairs to our shingled roof and resurfaced the flat roofs without any issues. His crew were consciousness and took care to protect ours and the neighboring properties. They also cleaned up perfectly. Patterson will be our go to roofing contractor from now on and we highly recommend them.
William and his crew did a great job at one of my homes. They changed all of the facia boards, removed 2 layers of shingles and installed new moisture barrier and shingles in 4 days. Job looks great.
I needed an urgent repair on a commercial roof. I meet with the owner, William inside a a couple days. After a thorough review William reviewed the repair options available to me .We then. set a date for repair. They showed up the day they said they would and even fixed an item that was not on the schedule of repair. I would definitely use them again.
Update: this is the 4th time I have used Patterson Roofing. Different things each time, but again I would use no one else. I would be confident to refer anyone I know to them because I know they will do a great job and communication is top notch. Thank you Patterson Roofing for showing customer service still exists!
