I would absolutely never recommend living here. They don’t care about you at all as residents and are completely incapable of doing their jobs. After paying our overpriced rent on time and in full for two years, and patiently putting up with the nightmare of their unnecessary construction, leaky roof, lack of urgency in completing maintenance orders, and general incompetence, they charged us for the apartment being unclean when we moved out, despite the fact that we spent days cleaning it from top to bottom.
We have lived here for 3 years. The layout feels like a house so it does make you feel like maybe a house isn't so bad, for those of us who LOVE apartment living. I only wish it was a little less in the price catagory so my wife would stop wanting a house. This is the only apartment, in Oakville, that I feel safe and don't worry about theft and drugs!!!
Been here for a few months now, the unit layout is great and the high ceilings make it feel like a condo rather than an apartment. Staff has been friendly and the maintenance team gets to any requests I have in a timely manner. Can’t wait until the pool area opens.
I loved this place...hated to leave but my job transferred me again. I promise this was so comfy and beautiful and put me back in the homeownership mode...I moved here from Louisiana for job...only 4 months but I highly recommend living here.
Grounds surrounding the apts is like living in a park! There are just a few things I wish I could change but isn't tht always the way it is anywhere!
