I made a call to the service department to the same worker 5 times and wrote all of the future charges to get a key made for an older Honda accord. I had to have it towed to get it there. Once I arrived the person I spoke to previously was not a service representative so I was appointed one. Immediately he told me the price was twice as much as quoted, was annoyed at me for being annoyed, and stuck it to me. No discussion, no asking the service person I talked to just rude!
