I tried to return a vehicle after carefully looking at my financial situation and I figured out I would not be able to pay for a vehicle through Patterson and I wanted to return it after 2 months and they said keep it and then I tried to pay for the car and wasn't able to and it finally got repoed and now I don't have a vehicle at all to get around for what and how I was treated at Patterson Honda in Wichita Falls
Usually buying a car is a horrible experience, but it wasn't here a Patterson Honda. Our sales person Alex, was friendly, informative, very communicative via phone and email, and best of all, they didn't pressure us or use any of the more less desirable sales methods other car sales people have in the past. Ask for Alex! The whole crew was friendly, and when I say friendly I mean they will treat you like family. I have bought several cars but have never experienced anything like the treatment I received here. They want to know you on a personal level to make sure you get what meets your needs specifically. Yes, its about selling the cars, but if it doesn't meet your needs they will go above and beyond to find what fits your budget and what you love.
