I am completely disappointed with the LACK of communication regarding Patterson's eServices. We use the Prescription and Statement services. The current solution for Prescription services is terrible and we’ve received NO communication on Statements. We have been a 40+ year Eaglesoft Practice Management software customer and I haven't heard from our local representative since the start of this fiasco.
