I was a patient for 6 years and would never go there again Always paid my co pays had a eye situation , because he did not get a piece of the cash I did not get a referral so I had to pay it cost him nothing not about patient care only revenue and to be and outlet for big pharma !
Dr. Patterson is THE BEST! I am so glad that we changed our health insurance to Humana or we never would have found Dr. Patterson. Twice since January when we switched, he has diagnosed and treated me successfully for two ailments. He is easy to talk to and explains things thoroughly. He is prompt at sending prescriptions to the pharmacy. We both love Dr. Patterson.
I have been a patient of Dr. Patterson's for about 20 years. I have recommended many friends and family to his care and they are still with him. Dr. Patterson is caring and thorough. He is easy to talk with and able to discuss any health concerns you may have. My children were his patients and still continue in his care as adults. He is highly regarded in our family. I lost my husband to cancer 4 years ago and he was supportive of me every step of the way often explaining procedures to me.
Rude service, late scripts, no phone calls regarding them & no one caring when you call to remind them

I was a patient for a year. This February went in to get meds refilled and was sick. Never was able to get meds refilled. I called 8 times. Each time I was told sure we will send them in. Never happened. The last time told you have to see the doctor. I never received the service I paid for. All about the money. Office manager no help unprofessional. Filing a complaint the insurance.

It appears you made an appointment for a same day sick visit. That is different than a chronic disease refill visit.
I had to "pull teeth" to be put on the correct antibiotic during my last visit (yesterday). Dr. Patterson is often asking me to try this med or that med. I've been on and off all kinds of meds since I was a kid, I'm skeptical to take anything new and having a low immune system since I was born, I do know what works for me. I will say he's good at back pain issues, but for any other needs, not all meds work for everyone and I've been on and off the same meds for decades, he should know what works
Worst Dr. I've ever seen.
I'll keep it short and sweet. I would rather take my chances and results sitting at home and using web md,diagnose and use home remedys.
