Im not sure I've ever left a negative review before so bare with me as I try to get through this but hope to spare someone else what I endured today. First I want to say I have been a patient at this office many years starting with Dr.Fretz & switching to Dr.Browne after Fretz left. We’ve been seeing Doc Patterson for years. Highly recommend.
Always enjoy our visits with Dr Patterson. Seems to listen to us. We have multiple medical issues and he deals well with all of them. Sometimes the office staff can be a challenge but it’s worth it.
Very professional and knowledgeable. He is willing to listen and on time. Great on seeing problem and referring if necessary. We are very happy with him as our Doctor
I have never had a problem with Dr. Patterson. He seems to listen and spends time with us. Wait time can be a bit long, but I’ve never had a dr office that wasn’t.
Last week I took my mother into the office for a 930a appointment. We checked in and sat in the room for over an hour..Dr. Patterson didn't walk in once. Well after the hour I asked the nurse if she can tell me approx. how much longer it would be because my mother was in extreme distress. I informed the nurse if it wasn't going to be within 10 minutes or so that I would have to take her to the ER. Never had a problem with him. Seems to listen to ones issues. Treats both my wife and myself.
Great doctor, always very helpful and informative!
I'm leaving this review for two reasons. 1. Dr. Patterson just responded that he believes I am confusing that doctors office with another office. Let me be clear. I am not. I left the original review in 2017, and I will say that the front office staff are a little more professional, but not much better. 2. I no longer see Dr. Patterson. Over a year to respond to a review? That is what it is like trying to see the doctors at this office.
