My parents were on a road trip from northern Minnesota too western Arizona when my dads 7.3 powerstroke broke down. It was a Friday morning when they stopped in at PCD, the guys at the shop pulled it right in, found the issue, and repaired it before they closed up for the night. Also gave them a loaner truck to get them around town for the day! Great service! Great people! Great place to go! Thanks again PCD!
I have been taking my truck to PCD for over 6 years now. And as usual it is short notice and they go above and beyond to get my truck fixed and back to me in a timely fashion. I have never had a problem with any work they do. I highly recommend Patterson Custom Diesel. All the guys are awesome.
As usual I call Jared on short notice (I haul alpacas with a 3500 Dodge) He gets me in and get me fixed up and sent do the road. So glad I found them back in 2014. I would recommend them to anyone!
Jared , Matt , josh and dj have worked on 2 of my trucks and I would highly recommend them! They fixed everything on time , they have good pricing and service ! I wouldn’t take my truck anywhere else .
Had a horrible experience with them while purchasing an Edge tuner and FASS 150 lift pump for my Cummins. Horrible communication and unable to deliver on the timeline they “promised” my truck would be finished by. Happy to take my money and order parts but no concern about my truck getting finished after that. I would never return to this shop!
Truck runs great guys. Thanks for all your help. Shifts good, purrs like a kitten. Ill definatly be returning in the future!
