Stay away! I have been a patient here for over 25 years and as the previous reviewer mentioned, the entire staff is on a steady decline. The office staff are always rude. My latest nightmare with them involves a prescription refill. My pharmacy called them on a Wednesday to request a refill. When no one called them back by Friday, they called aagain. I have never had a more unpleasant experience in my life than I just had two weeks ago at Patterson Avenue Family Practice. I have been a patient since 1999 and have slowly watched the quality of doctors, receptionists, and office staff steadily decline. I had considered this practice to be a very honest and caring establishment but within the last few years I honesty feel like my health could not be taken into consideration any less.
