I've purchased lots of parts here in the past. They are very nice to deal with, and easy to work with.
ordered an nv4500 4wd manual transmission from these guys for a project im doing. got my transmission and cleaned it all up and it had a crack in the bellhousing! they went out of their way to make sure it was handled. they couldnt source me another one so they outsourced it to a local business right across from where i work. Called for motor parts was on hold for 15 min to have the girl tell me that she has no listing for my part so they can't sell it to me. I called Eakins auto wrecking on Patchel run rd. in Franklin and they were more than happy to sell me what I needed and at a very reasonable price to... I'm done with Pattersons.......
