Took my 2025 Altima in on 4/14/25 for hail damage. Got it back today 5/15/25, and the check engine light was on. (The light was NOT on when I dropped it off) Mind you, no one told me the light was on, before or after I paid my deductible. I took my car here after my wreck in July and did not get my car back until September. they communication from their end is absolutely awful. Some of the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with every time I would call to speak to Victor the guy working on my car. He was either in the bathroom on a break or not there. I think I may be spoke to him less than a handful of times. From the very initial appointment in June 2023 beginning with the estimate until the day we picked it up in December of 2023 we had horrible communication, workmanship, and service. I was told repairs would be 12-18 weeks until completion from when we dropped it off in June. I was constantly having to call and check on the status of repairs due to the lack of and false information given to me by the staff.
