Brenda, was very illusive and in the end I paid for a product that doesn't work. If they knew what they were doing, they would've caught that mistake. Instead of fixing it, i was told i needed to pay more for adjustments.

Sadly, I called today just to see if I could get a consultation to start my new project and the woman who answered first told me no she can’t meet me “Today” because she was out of town. To which I responded, I am more interested in meeting with her in the near future, and she paused for a second to tell me “no because she closed her business”? Called in, told them EXACTLY what I needed over the phone, and was quoted $150 for grading service. Drove out there and was told it would actually cost me $175 for the same service. Shady business practices and waste of my time.

I can't say enough positive comments about Jenna at Pattern Maker & Grading in LA. She has helped me navigate my design while offering honest opinions and help. I saw her for the first time right before the lockdown from COVID -19 in March, and she still delivered my patterns and a prototype, even with everything going on.
