Worst customer service ever. I was a return customer. I waited 2 weeks for my inspection report & called to see where it was. The woman who always answers the phone was, as always, short with me & quickly said she'd re-email it to me. I waited another week, called back & said I didn't get it. This is one of those companies they warn you about when you move to Florida. Patten’s Coast to Coast Home Inspections was one of three recommended by a realtor, and if I’d done my research, as you are doing now, I would’ve avoided a lot of headaches. The job was rushed, and therefore flawed. When the inspector turned on the sprinkler system he either was in too much of a hurry to see a sprinkler was directing a strong jet of water right at a bedroom window or didn’t understand the threat.
